Standards

Editorial Policy

Lumen AI Journal exists to give working professionals trustworthy, hands-on coverage of AI tools. This policy explains how we report, what we accept, and how we handle mistakes.

Independence

We do not accept payment for coverage, ratings, or placement. Sponsorships, when they exist, are clearly labeled and have no influence on editorial decisions.

Testing

Every reviewed product is used by a writer on real, deadline-driven work for a meaningful period before publication. We disclose review duration in each article.

Sources

We cite primary sources — official documentation, vendor statements, and verifiable data — wherever possible. Where we rely on community reports or third-party tests, we say so.

Affiliate links

Some links may be affiliate links. They never affect our recommendations, and we disclose them at the article level.

AI use

Our articles are written and edited by humans. We may use AI tools for research assistance, transcription, or grammar checking, but final writing, judgment, and fact-checking are always done by a human editor.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it visibly and date the change at the bottom of the article. Email editor@lumen-ai-journal.com with corrections.
